Healthcare leaders are often promoted because they are exceptional clinicians, technical experts, or operational leaders. Yet many are expected to lead teams, navigate conflict, drive results, and shape culture without ever being taught how.
I believe leadership is a skill that must be intentionally developed.
Strong healthcare leadership requires more than technical expertise. It requires the ability to balance the business side of healthcare with the people side—a challenge that impacts retention, culture, engagement, and ultimately patient outcomes.
That belief shapes every coaching engagement, leadership program, and strategic advisory partnership I lead.

I've spent most of my career working in or alongside healthcare organizations and other mission-critical environments.
I'm drawn to work that matters.
Healthcare leaders carry an extraordinary responsibility. They are expected to navigate workforce challenges, operational pressures, financial constraints, regulatory complexity, and patient outcomes, often all at the same time.
